The Patio -  28 May 2005     Cave Conservancy Home

Mike and Jeff said they would build a patio to exceed all expectations. A doubting Thomas was heard. Expectations were higher as all were awed by the porch they built that now surrounds the homestead. With many volunteers, inspiration, and a multitude of machines, a thousand tons of flat rock were rearranged from a natural chaos into an orderly pattern to please the eye and comfort hundreds of caver feet.  John Wilson
