restoration concept may be a long term project as there is no funding
identified at this time.
Cave Management General
Don Feathers and Bill James gave reports on some of the ACC managed caves.
Finance - Tanya
McLaughlin
Tanya reported a balance of $1368 in the treasury.
Membership - Terry Brown and Tony McGee
Tony’s report indicated that the mailed membership were about half done. The remained should be mailed in several weeks.
Fundraising
A motion was made and approved to
order a 100 light blue T-shirts.
Old/Unfinished Business
A motion to approve
signs for placement at ACC managed caves was passed.
A
motion to approve the ACC meeting schedule for 2007 – 5 May - 14 July
- 8 September - 24 November was
passed.
New Business
A motion to approve $50 for reimbursement to John
Wilson for Compass software for ACC institutional use was approved.
