ACC Executive Committee Agenda
as of
The Executive Committee should consider the following suggestions. Please send your ideas for ways to proceed on these suggestions by email.
1. Develop a horticulture plan that would include planting trees around the Perkins entrance this spring. Jason's wife, Emily is a forester and could help us develop a plan. Fast-growing trees like poplars, beech and persimmons would add camouflage and cool the entrance.
2. Develop an informational brochure.
3. Develop a plan to introduce ourselves to cave owners. It might be a good start to concentrate on acquiring management agreements for caves in the Hayters Gap (and maybe Alvarado) areas of Washington Co.
4. Develop a fund raising plan.
5. Refine the cave owner agreement.
6. Draft a special agreement for
7. Modify the three mud sections on the main route into Perkins cave so that cavers do not get very muddy when using the standard route into the cave.
8. How should we proceed with the Perkins cave map upgrade?
9. Set the next meeting date for the ACC Board.
One of the best ways to proceed on each of these suggestions is to assign someone to develop a plan and report to the committee. Whom do you recommend?
